Third Degree Leverage is built on the idea that there are three stages of small business leverage. 1. Owner/operator time. 2. Staff/employee time. 3. Automation and efficiency. You can work as a business owner until your are burnt out or leverage automation and efficiency from the start to build a scalable business that is not beholden to your time working in the business. While we actively work with several dozen apps across many industries, we have particular expertise using Smartsheet and working in the Real Estate space.
