I don’t run an agency. I help startups find, close, and keep customers. I was the first Head of Sales at four venture-backed startups. That meant every dollar of revenue was on me. I had to figure out how to find customers, how to sell to them, and how to build the systems and teams to do it again and again. Now I help selling founders and founding sellers do the same. I build the playbooks, set up the tools, and train the team so sales and customer success actually work. In my GTM engineering practice, I focus on the fundamentals: find people with the problem you solve, show them how your product fixes it, and make it easy for them to see value and expand. I only work with a few companies at a time. Sometimes that’s a short project. Sometimes it’s as a fractional sales leader. When we work together, you will get results.
