My name is Ben Kern. I run my own boutique Consulting firm that specializes in process improvement, optimization, and automation. I have worked with companies of all sizes and on projects ranging from setting up simple trigger -> result automations to building complex API integrations from scratch. I have experience distilling important information from stakeholders to create detailed process maps and identify opportunities for streamlining or automation. I specialize in large process overhauls and rebuilds and am also a Podio preferred partner. While I have worked with clients across many industries, I have abundant experience working specifically with REI teams - including integrating CRM and MLS databases.
