About
Most agency founders don't have a growth problem. They have a dependency problem. The agency grows, the team grows, the client base grows—but somehow everything still comes back to the founder. Questions. Decisions. Escalations. Approvals. Problem solving. The result? Longer hours, slower execution, frustrated team members, and a business that becomes increasingly difficult to step away from. I've experienced this firsthand. After scaling and running my own agency, I became fascinated by a simple question: Why do some agencies continue to depend on the founder while others create teams that can operate independently? Today, I work with agency founders to identify and remove the operational bottlenecks that keep them stuck in the middle of the business. This often involves improving: - Accountability and ownership - Delegation and decision-making - Team communication - Delivery processes - Operational visibility My goal isn't to create more process. It's to create more clarity. Because when people know what's expected, who owns what, and how decisions get made, the business becomes less dependent on the founder. If you're running an agency and feel like too much still relies on you, I'd be interested to hear your experience.
