Stage 1: Preparation for the Business Audit Call Before the Business Audit call, you need to share access to your existing software and fill out the 8FS Worksheet. In the meantime, our team will be on your Slack or Discord workspace, to answer any questions. Stage 2: Business Audit Call The Business Audit call with Katie Bani to review your current processes, reflect on solutions and strategize on the next steps. Stage 3: Project Scope Confirmation As soon as we get access to your software, our team will start working on your systems. You will receive a Project Scope document to sign off. This is the detailed game plan for your business. Stage 4: Building Systems We start working on your operations and implementing the 8-Figure Systems framework. By now, we don’t need your input and work completely independently. Stage 5: Weekly Launches We launch new systems on a weekly basis, send demo trainings, and your business machine is fully launched. Every system serves a purpose and is fully documented for you. Stage 6: Milestone Call and Management Offer The Milestone Call is to reflect on the systems built and discuss the possibility of working together for an extended timeframe. You will get familiar with the 8FS Management Offer, where you can work with our team to maintain your systems, and build new systems and automations. Also, you will get the option to keep access to our team on a consulting basis.
